I am writing to complain about a serious fault with total body shaper that i ordered directly from you last mouth(ORDER NO:67G784Y)

I would like you to replace the Total Body Shaper with a medically approved exerciser, and i expect to receive compensation for the suffering and disappointment i have experience.

This was the main reason why i close your product, as it advertised itself as being safe for people of all ages and physical conditions.

When i was using it, for only the second time, one of the land grips came off suddenly and i fell back onto the floor.

Although i was not hurt to hardly , it could have been a lot worse as i have a weak back.

Needless to say, i am extremely disappointed and feel i can no longer believe in the quality of your exercise products.

If i do not hear from you within ten days, i shall be obliged to seek legal advise.
